  13. You need 2 cup of wheat flour.
  14. Provide 2 tbsp of oil.
  15. You need to taste of salt and red chilli powder.

Instructions to make Dal dhokali:

  1. Boil dal in cooker with 4 whistle. Make a dough with wheat flour adding 1tsp turmeric,red chilli powder,pinch of asfotida, 2 tbsp oil and salt as per ur taste,add enough water....
  2. In a heavy bottomed pan add 4 tbsp oil and make tadaka by adding cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, green chilies,raw banana finely chopped and saute well. Add routine spices, salt and dal too,add 8 cup water and stir well..
  3. Make dhokali by rolling the dough we have prepared first.add the dhokali in the boiling dal also add sugar and lemon juice too..
  4. Boil the dhokali along with the dal till it cooked well...when the dhokali r done it comes on the surface,add 2 tbsp ghee in it.serve hot daldhokali with ghee and chopped onion 👍🙂.
